Background

Anna Brown is a Senior Engagement Manager with Maxxim Consulting. She has 11 years of consulting experience, working with clients to address strategic, organisational and leadership challenges. She has particular expertise in leadership team dynamics, culture and behaviour change, HR transformation, and change management in the context of large-scale organisational transformation.

Anna spent five years with Booz & Company, where she delivered a wide range of organisation and change projects for public and private sector clients across industries and geographies. Anna led the people side of a large-scale transformation programme in the UK public sector, HR transformation for an Indian conglomerate, and team effectiveness engagements for a global pharma company.

Anna has an M.St. from Oxford University, an MBA from IMD and a Certificate in Consulting and Change from the Tavistock Institute.
