Claire is a founding partner of Maxxim. She began her career in retail management and has since set up and run a management development business and served as Global Practice Leader for Human Capital at AT Kearney.

Claire leads Maxxim's cultural change and transformation team, working with clients of all shapes and sizes - from hi-tech companies, to global outsourcing businesses, to government departments and leading universities.

Much of what Claire does involves helping teams focus on what they need to do, why it is important and how they can get it done.
