Ian specialises in HR & Finance transformation and business improvement. He has held senior positions in leading international consultancies, including Accenture, AT Kearney and Coopers & Lybrand. He has worked in line HR management roles with British Petroleum and PepsiCo. Ian has lead in excess of 50 HR transformation programmes covering shared services, outsourcing, business partnering and new technology selection and implementation.

Ian has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America. His experience spans the FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, oil and gas, transport and distribution, financial services and central and local government sectors. He has written extensively on HR transformation (with ten published books) and taught at various leading European Business Schools delivering both executive MBA and in-house executive development programmes.
