Jessica is a consultant specialising in change management and operational excellence, including process improvement.

Jessica started her career with a big four consulting firm in New Zealand. There she worked with clients across a range of sectors developing her expertise in organisation design and process re-engineering.

Since joining Maxxim Jessica has worked on a number of key client engagements including the functional re-design of a major aerospace engineering company, the globalization of functions in a FTSE services business and latterly a large Local Authority.
