Jonathan joined Maxxim with a broad range of experience in different industry sectors. With a background as a qualified management accountant, he has over 20 years experience in business change projects covering Finance, HR and IT as both a process and project manager. His speciality lies in functional transformation and leading change implementation teams. He has worked on a large number of projects for such companies as Sun Microsystems, Tui (Thomson Holidays) and Siemens.

One of Jonathan’s recent assignments has been to lead the programme change office at Meggitt plc. His focus was to work with the financial teams to establish a strong financial baseline and to develop strong Programme Management disciplines working in close collaboration with the Divisional Transformation Directors.
