Mathias joined Maxxim from Oliver Wyman where he worked on a number of projects for leading UK and European Financial Services firms.

At Maxxim he is a key member of the consulting team providing analysis and day-to-day support on projects ranging from Corporate Centre restructuring through Global Functional Reform to building a new Management Information System for a fast growing university. He is also heavily involved in the writing of a White Paper looking at the recent reorganisation of UK Universities.

He graduated from Imperial College London with an undergraduate Masters in Physics and Astrophysics.
