Prior to founding Maxxim, Sozen was an Associate Partner at Accenture, focusing on organisation design and change strategy, particularly within the financial services sector.   She also played a leading part in developing Accenture's offerings on workforce improvement, with a particular focus on sales teams.

Sozen leads Maxxim's projects which deal with workforce transition and performance improvement.
