Claire Arnold

Background

Claire Arnold is one of the founders of Maxxim Consulting and a former Managing Director of the Human Capital practice and the London Search business at A T Kearney. She is an expert in organisational strategy, change management and leadership development with significant experience in supporting leadership teams pre and post merger. She is also a well known search consultant and executive coach. Having been involved in a number of significant transformation projects in both public and private sectors has worked intensely with CEOs and their boards to develop and communicate business vision and strategy.

• Smiths Group, Tate & Lyle, Balfour Beatty and Meggitt – lead partner in reviewing role and purpose of their Corporate Centres and the organisation of the North American and Pan-European divisions reporting into the centres.
• Oxford University – working closely with lead academics and administrators, led programme to transform the effectiveness of the administration focusing on the development of new financial processes and new divisional and departmental structures.
• Department for Work and Pensions – assessment of the recruitment and induction process resulting in the reappraisal and subsequent implementation of how new and valuable skills should be used to the benefit of the DWP.
