Jonathan Ruddle

Background

With a background as a qualified management accountant, Jonathan has over 20 years experience in business change projects covering Finance, HR and IT as both a process and project manager.  Specialising in shared services and the deployment of ERP solutions, he has worked on a large number of projects at Sun Microsystems, Tui (Thomson Holidays) and Siemens.

• Smiths Group – led the take-on by operating divisions of finance activity being transitioned from corporate centre offices around the world, including processes for Accounting, Tax & Treasury.
• Siemens – led a team delivering an HR transformation programme enabling the centralisation of HR shared services and the deployment of a new SAP workflow system enabling significant improvements in management information for central management and customers.
• Meggitt – focused on establishing a strong financial baseline, development of strong Programme Management disciplines to deliver financial targets and other key business milestones.
