Mathias Karady

Background

Mathias has 3 years experience as a management consultant, having joined Maxxim from Oliver Wyman Financial Services Consultants, where he worked on a number of projects for leading UK and European Financial Services firms. He began his career with Lehman Brothers as an intern to the exotic derivatives desk, where he designed a volatility pricing tool. At Maxxim, he has provided detailed analysis and day-to-day support on a number of projects looking at the restructuring of the Group Corporate Functions, assessing the feasibility of implementing shared services and procuring and creating implementations plans for HR information systems.
